Have you found an interesting job advertisement? Then apply right away! Send us an e-mail with your application documents and your individual application process begins. A complete application includes a personal cover letter, a detailed CV and school and service references.

CENTURION employs staff in the sectors of auditing, tax consulting, management consulting, bookkeeping and financial statements as well as payroll accounting. If there is no suitable job advertised, we would be pleased to receive your unsolicited application.

After you have sent us your application documents, we will carry out an initial check of them. If you have convinced us with this, we look forward to getting to know you better. We would like to get to know you as a person as well as your strengths and find out what excites you about the advertised position and our job. You will also have the opportunity to get to know CENTURION and ask questions about the firm and future activities.

During an initial contact, we get to know each other in person, by phone or by video. Depending on the position advertised, one to two people from the respective department are present at the interview. You will get to know a member of the CENTURION management team right from the first interview - so we don't make unnecessary rounds and show our appreciation already at this stage.

Once you have successfully completed the application process, you will receive a written offer from us and we look forward to having you join our team. If we are unable to make you an offer, you will of course also receive a prompt response. As a rule, applicants at CENTURION receive feedback or an acceptance or rejection 1 to 2 weeks after the interview.

We arrange and design your start day individually. On your first day of work, you will already receive the most important information for the ideal start at CENTURION and you can immediately begin to network with colleagues. Training on the job, workshops and introductory courses not only accompany your first days at CENTURION, but become your constant companion on your professional journey.
